Lecture notes and videos of DRONA IIT Academy's renowned and experienced faculty will be available to students for later study. This way students can also learn from the videos/notes of other faculties. They can also get the notes/video of the lecture in which they were absent.

Products like lecture videos of DRONA IIT Academy's renowned and experienced faculty, lecture notes, comprehensive study material packages for competitive exams, e-Learning courses, etc. will be available online for purchase to Non DRONA IIT Academy students.

Touchscreen Kiosks
Touchscreen Kiosks will be setup at DRONA IIT Academy's centres which can be used by students to view the schedule of tests, their performance in tests, online fee payment and information about latest events at the academy.

Quarterly Magazine
A in-house quarterly magazine of DRONA IIT Academy will be published and available online for creative expression of knowledge and wisdom for its students and staff.

Rules & Regulations

» Identity Cards to be carried at all times while in the premises as well during examination time.
           »Attendance in the class must be regular.
           »Home work assigned must be attempted sincerely.
           »Instructions posted on the notice board must be followed strictly.

» Discipline, regularity and good behaviour are expected from the students. If any student is found to be misbehaving, he may be instantly expelled without any prior notice and refund of the fee will not be granted.

»It is for the student himself / herself to see whether he / she is eligible for a certain examination or not. Institute doesn't hold itself responsible if a student's admission form cannot be forwarded to or is rejected by the concerned examination body for any reason, whatsover.

»Incomplete forms will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach a xerox copy of marks sheet of class XI / XII & passport size photograph to the admission form. The institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in IIT-JEE, AIEEE, State CET, Science Olympiads or any other Exam. The student should also staple two extra photographs with the form.

»Any change in the correspondence address / phone number should be promptly intimated to the institute to avoid any inconvenience.
           » No discrimination is shown in race, creed, caste or religion.

»In the matter not covered in the above rules & regulations, the decision of the management shall be final and binding to the student and his / her guardian.

»In case of any dispute, the decision of the Management is final and binding on all faculty members, students & business associates.

Fee Particulars
The course fee, if paid in 2 installments, an extra Rs. 7,500/- will have to be paid. The 1st installment must be paid at the time of admission and the 2nd installment within 3 months from the date of admission. A late fee may be imposed thereafter.

The course fee does not include School or College fee.

Fee is acceptable through DD / Pay-Order / Cheque (should be in favour of "Rao IIT Academy" payable at Mumbai).

Student must write his / her Name, Application Number and Mobile Number on the back of DD / Pay Order / Cheque.

Fees can also be paid online using your Credit / Debit Card and Internet Banking.

Any charges that Govt. levies such as Service Tax shall have to be borne by the student / parent.

Course Fee Refund Rules
Parents are advised to go through the fee structure and refund rules very carefully before applying. They are requested to deposit the course fee on / or before the last dates specified.

If a student fails to deposit his / her fee in time; the institute reserves all rights to impose a late fee or discontinue him / her from the institute.

All Refund Rules are applicable only for admission done on full payment.

For any admission done on Scholarship basis "No Refund" will be applicable.

Refund request should be raised by a personal meeting with the Branch Manager/Planning Team Manager along with the student, any request through Email / Fax / Telephone / Mobile / SMS will not be entertained.

The service tax once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Only 75% of the total course fee will be refunded till 10th day from the date of class commencement irrespective of the admission date.

Only 50% of the total course fee will be refunded from the 11th to 15th day from the date of class commencement irrespective of the admission date.

Only 25% of the total course fee will be refunded from the 16th to 30th day from the date of class commencement irrespective of the admission date.

No request for refund of the course fee is admissible after one month from the class commencement.

Refund request raised before commencement of the class will apply for a deduction of 25% of first installment made or Rs. 10,000/- whichever is high.
